1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReviewPulse AI at reviewpulse.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including business owners who register an account and connect their Google Business Profile.

2. Description of Service

ReviewPulse AI is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses manage and respond to their Google reviews using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• Automatic syncing of your Google Business Profile reviews
• AI-generated response suggestions for each review
• One-click approval and posting of responses to Google
• Manual editing of AI-generated responses before posting
• Auto-post mode for fully automated response posting

3. Accounts and Registration

To use ReviewPulse AI you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Each account is limited to one Google Business Profile location. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent this limitation.

4. Google Business Profile Integration

By connecting your Google Business Profile to ReviewPulse AI, you authorize us to:

• Access your Google Business Profile reviews
• Post responses to reviews on your behalf when you approve them
• Automatically post responses if you enable auto-post mode

You are solely responsible for all responses posted to your Google Business Profile through ReviewPulse AI. We recommend reviewing AI-generated responses before approving them. You can revoke access at any time from your settings or directly through your Google Account.

Our use of Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

• The free trial begins on the date you create your account
• After 14 days, access to review management features will be restricted
• You must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service after the trial
• We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time

6. Payment and Subscription

After the free trial, continued use of ReviewPulse AI requires a paid subscription at $20 per month per business location.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewPulse AI to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive responses to reviews
• Violate Google’s review policies or terms of service
• Harass, threaten, or abuse reviewers
• Post responses that contain illegal content
• Attempt to manipulate or game Google’s review system
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content

ReviewPulse AI uses artificial intelligence to generate review response suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing them
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for any response posted to your Google Business Profile
• We recommend reviewing all responses before approving them, especially for sensitive reviews

9. Disclaimers

ReviewPulse AIis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That review responses will improve your Google search ranking
• That the Google Business Profile API will remain available
• Any specific business outcome from using the service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewPulse AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business reputation. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@reviewpulse.live. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
